Acceptance of Terms

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and RepairCure ("REPAIRCURE"). By accessing, browsing, or using our Website, contacting RepairCure via telephone, WhatsApp, or other electronic media (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. All information appearing on the RepairCure website is the property of RepairCure and/or is presented with the permission of others.

Important: These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time, effective upon posting on our website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Disclaimer

The information provided on our Services is intended for general informational purposes. Your use of this information is at your own risk. RepairCure will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

RepairCure strives to provide timely and professional repair services, but we cannot guarantee that every appliance can be permanently fixed, especially if underlying components are obsolete or beyond reasonable repair. Furthermore, access to our digital booking platforms may be subject to occasional interruptions.

Payments

Payment for services is to be made directly to the assigned RepairCure technician upon completion diagnosis.

90-Day Service Warranty

All RepairCure services come with a standard 90-day warranty on the specific repair performed and any parts replaced. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will rectify it free of charge.

Inspection Fee

A nominal inspection fee of ₹350 applies if no service is availed after the technician's visit. This fee is waived when a chargeable service (including repair costs, material charges, and labour) is availed.

Technician Conduct

All RepairCure technicians are trained, background-verified, and held to the highest standards of professionalism. If any case of unprofessional behaviour is reported, RepairCure will take immediate corrective action within our capacity.

User Responsibilities

When using RepairCure's Services, you agree to the following:

  • You will not provide false or misleading contact or address information.
  • You will ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our technicians at the service location.
  • You or an authorized representative will be present at the location during the scheduled service time.
  • You will treat all RepairCure technicians and staff with professional respect.

RepairCure reserves the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time if these terms are violated.

Dispute Resolution

RepairCure acts as a direct service provider. In the unlikely event of a dispute related to the quality of work or technician conduct, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately at +91 95912 84745 or via WhatsApp.

We will investigate every complaint thoroughly and work towards a fair resolution. RepairCure takes all feedback seriously and uses it to continuously improve our services.

Ratings & Reviews

Customer ratings and reviews displayed on our website reflect the genuine opinions of our customers. RepairCure does not fabricate or manipulate reviews. We may moderate reviews that contain abusive language, false information, or spam.

Changes to These Terms

RepairCure may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Insurance & Claims Policy

All users are hereby notified that any claim regarding a damaged product during the service must be escalated immediately to the RepairCure Helpline. We will not accept or process any claim that is reported beyond 24 hours of the service completion.

  • Proof of Value: RepairCure will only reimburse claims if the customer is able to prove the actual value of the product with an official purchase document or invoice.
  • Inspection: During the completion of a service, every user is required to examine the appliance for any signs of damage while our technician is still present. Any findings must be acknowledged by our team for further processing.
  • Processing Time: Processing a claim ideally takes 4-6 weeks depending on the issue. Settlement cannot be issued until the technician responsible has paid all relevant invoices pertaining to the service under claim.
  • Coverage Limits: The maximum claim amount is up to ₹10,000/- and will only be applicable for users who have made payments through official connected channels. The insurance claim only covers damage caused during the service. RepairCure will not cover the cost of a faulty item that was already damaged before the service began.
  • Invalid Claims: Claims will not be considered if a user has taken up a service directly with a RepairCure technician without booking through our official platforms.

Refund Policy

At RepairCure, we prioritize delivering high-quality repairs. Refunds are strictly governed by the following terms:

  • If a repair fails within the complimentary warranty period and RepairCure is unable to rectify the issue, a partial or full refund of the service charge (excluding part costs) may be initiated.
  • The ₹350 inspection fee is non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the initial diagnosis.
  • Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon management approval.
  • Direct Offline payments are not eligible for refunds.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepairCure, its owners, and employees from any claims, losses, expenses, or demands arising from your use of RepairCure's Services, any dispute between you and a technician, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
